Scholarships are awarded for the best editorials on the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. Winning editorials will be published in "Alert Magazine". Applicants must be high school students between the ages of 18 and 19 and residents of Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington or Wyoming. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
