Applicants must be working towards a 4-year degree in animal or dairy science at a U.S. institution. They must also be under 23 years of age and current members of FFA. Applicants must be residents of one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington or Wyoming. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
