Applicants must be Bay County residents, have a minimum 2.65 GPA and be a full or part-time student. Students must be involved in at least one extracurricular activity and have a solid track record for utilizing the English language. Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation, a FAFSA application, a current transcript, a personal essay and an acceptable portrait photo as a JPEG or PNG along with their application.
