This scholarship helps Ohio child care workers pursuing an associate's degree. Criteria: * Employed at an Ohio childcare center having a one, two or three-star Step Up to Quality initiative rating * Have worked at the center for a year or more * Work 30 or more hours per week * Make less than $15 per hour * Enrolled or planning to enroll in an associate's degree program in early childhood education * If selected, agree to stay with the program for at least one year after award disbursement.
