Applicants must be Utah residents accepted to or enrolled in a college or university in Utah. Students or a family member must have been accused of, arrested for or convicted of a crime and suffered unfair consequences due to shortcomings of the criminal justice system. Applicants must write an essay or submit a video discussing the experience and how it could have been improved.
