Applicants must be high school seniors residing in California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Texas or Washington who are enrolling as first-year students in an accredited four-year college in one of the listed states of residency. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have a household income that falls at or below the low-income level.
