Applicants must be residents of New Hampshire and be pursuing a certificate, license or other credential in vocational or technical fields such as: automotive technology, plumbing, construction, heating, advanced manufacturing, computer repair, licensed nursing, etc. Preference is given to students who fields are in the traditional manufacturing trade sector, who have a clear vision of how their education will improve their career goals, and those how have had little or no other educational training opportunities.
