Applicants must be women who are returning to school. For undergraduates, a minimum 2 year (24 month) consecutive interruption in education anytime since high school. For graduate students, a minimum 5 year (60 month) consecutive interruption in education anytime since high school. Candidates must be working toward a clear educational goal at any University of Michigan campus. Preference is given to women wishing to study in non-traditional fields such as mathematics, physical sciences and engineering.
