Applicants must be graduating seniors from Musselman High School with a minimum 2.5 GPA who have participated in sports. Students must be planning on attending Marshall University or another college or university in West Virginia. Financial need is taken into consideration and priority is given to applicants who are unlikely to receive other scholarships such as the West Virginia PROMISE.
