Applicants must attend a professional pilot program at the University of North Dakota to earn a degree as a professional pilot. Applicants must meet FAA licensing criteria and must already have their private pilot's license. Applicants must be involved in school and community activities as well as aviation, show financial need and be a member of EAA or be recommended by an EAA member.
