Applicants must be high school seniors who are at least 13 years of age. Students must be a permanent resident of and enrolled in a high school located in one of the following states: Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota or Wisconsin. Applicants must be planning to attend college at an institution located in Iowa. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
