This scholarship assists Oregon public high school students. Criteria: * Must be active in school and community activities * GPA of 3.5 or higher * Plan to attend an Oregon college or university and identify field of study * Must enroll in college the fall after high school graduation. Applications available: Online, from school guidance counselors or from the COSA office. Requirements: Application form, one-page autobiography, recommendation letter and transcript. Letter of recommendation from a COSA member also required.
