Applicant must be a graduating senior from a Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan County high school who plans to attend a West Virginia public college or university and pursue a degree in either agriculture, forestry, geology, archeology, or environmental science. Students must have a 2.0 GPA and have need of financial aid.
