Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled at an accredited college in the U.S. Students must be residents of a state where Direct Energy offers services: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and D.C. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average and complete both an essay and a short video.
