Applicants must be a Bixby High School student for at least three years and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must have particpated in the high school fine arts program grades 10 through 12. Applicants must describe their activites in the program each year. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student pursuing fine arts. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form.
