Applicants must be Bay County residents who graduated from a Bay County high school and have financial need. Students must submit a letter of recommendation from the Boys and Girls Club Executive Director confirming their active membership, grade transcripts, FAFSA Student Aid Report, two letters of recommendation and an essay.
