Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents, Oregon residents and graduating high school seniors. They must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and must have plans to attend a four-year Oregon college or university. Applicants must not owe a refund on an educational grant and must not be in default of an educational loan. Preference is given to applicants who are members of a high school golf team (if available). Selection is based on financial need.
