Applicants must be graduating seniors from a Berkeley or Jefferson County high school who plan to further their education at a two- or four-year college or university in West Virginia. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required. Priority will be given to students pursuing a degree in teaching. Financial need and academic success will be considered.
