Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from either a Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan County private or public high school who have been accepted and plan to attend WVU for the upcoming fall semester. Students must also be children, step-children, or grandchildren of WVU alums who have exhibited strong leadership skills and great service to their community.
