Applicants must be residents of Minnesota or Western Wisconsin who have been accepted to or enrolled at a college in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required. Selection is primarily based on academic achievement, volunteer work, employment history and financial need.
