Applicants must be graduating seniors or graduates of a Berkeley County high school. Students should plan to seek a degree in education from Shepherd University or be a junior or senior year education major at Shepherd University. A minimum 3.5 GPA is required. Selection is based on financial need and priority is given to students who are unlikely to benefit from the West Virginia PROMISE program. Scholarship may be renewable.
