Applicants must be a female Bixby High School student for at least two years and have a minimum ACT score of 21. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student pursuing a degree in engineering. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form.
