Applicants must be workers who have been injured on the job and would benefit from the funds due to exceptional circumstances. They must have completed the WSI rehabilitation process, and there must be no outstanding litigation on a rehabilitation plan. Applicants must reapply each year and maintain a satisfactory GPA in order to continue to receive funds.
