Applicants must be in foster care or have been in foster care for at least six months after their 14th birthday or be adopted from the foster care system after age 16. Funding is provided on a first come, first served basis. The deadlines are: August 1 for the fall term, November 1 for the winter term, February 1 for the spring term and May 1 for the summer term.
