Applicants must be residents of Berkeley County and graduating seniors from Musselman High School. Students must plan to attend an accredited college or university offering a degree program of not less than 2 years. Financial need and academic preparation will be taken into consideration. Applicants must be ranked in the upper 10% of their graduating class. The scholarship is multi-year and will be divided equally during the course of study with prior recipients submitting a renewal application each year.
