This scholarship is for Oregon bachelor's degree-seeking students. Criteria: * U.S. citizen or legal resident * Oregon resident * High school graduate, GED recipient or community college transfer student with junior standing * Minimum 3.0 GPA or 2650 GED score * Plan to earn a bachelor's degree at an Oregon non-profit college or community college * Enrolled as a full-time student no later than fall of the application year * Owe no educational grant refunds * Have no defaulted student loans * Have not earned a bachelor's degree previously.
