Foster Child Grant Program
Eligibility
Applicants must be placed in the custody of the Department of Social Services and be permanent residents of the state of Massachusetts. Students must be younger than 25 years of age at the start of the academic year and apply for financial aid.

Applications are available by phone from the Massachusetts Office of Student Financial Assistance or from your social worker.
