Applicants must maintain a New Jersey U S Figure Skating club as their home club, have competed in U S Figure Skating qualifying competitions for two years for a Senior Scholarship and one year for a Junior scholarship. Selection is based on skating achievement in the disciplines of freestyle, pairs and dance in relation to the skater's age, progress and attitude.
