Applicants must be U.S. citizens and permanent residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri or Tennessee who are attending a U.S. institution and pursuing graduate studies in fields which address the needs of children, including counseling, psychology, mental health, special education and speech pathology.
