Applicants must be a graduating senior from a Oklahoma high school. Students must have a 2.75 GPA or higher to be considered for this award. Financial need is considered and applicant's family income cannot exceed $100,000. Students must provide a written statement that focuses on how their local Rotary club supports their local community.
