This scholarship helps mortgage finance and construction students. Criteria: * Full-time undergraduate or graduate student * Attending an accredited four-year institution * Majoring in mortgage finance, construction management or another construction-related subject * Must have a year or more left in program of study * Plan to work in the mortgage finance or construction industry * Preference is given to Texas residents, NAHB student chapter members and students attending school in Texas.
