Applicants must be residents of Oklahoma who are children of any person killed after Jan. 1, 2000, in the line of duty in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or who died after Jan. 1, 2000, as a result of an injury sustained while in the line of duty in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. Students must enroll within the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education prior to the age of 21.
