Applicants must be residents of Oklahoma who have graduated within the past three years from an accredited high school or have completed their GED. Students must be under the age of 21 and have been in DHS custody for at least nine months between the ages of 16 and 18 to be eligible for the tuition waiver. Applicants must be enrolled in a public college or university or select technology centers.
