Applicants must be a graduating high school senior from either a Berkeley, Jefferson or Morgan County high school who have a 3.5 GPA or higher and are in the top 10% of their graduating class. Students must be the first person in their immediate family who plans to attend an accredited college or university that offers a degree program of not less than two years. Applicants must have been accepted and plan to attend a college or university outside the state of West Virginia. Priority will be given to students who are unlikely to benefit from other scholarships or grants.
