Applicants must be a Bixby High School student who has been an active member of Interact club of Bixby for at least one full semester and attended at least 50% of scheduled meetings, participating in at least one service project. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, have financial need, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form.
