Applicants must be residents of either Berkeley, Jefferson or Morgan County who are planning on attending an accredited law school within 18 months after completing their four-year degree. Awards are based on financial need, academic preparation, and service to the community with special preference given to students who intend to return to Berkeley County to practice law within three years of their graduation.
