Eligibility
Applicants must be rising undergraduate juniors enrolled full-time at a Texas postsecondary institution. They must be majoring in civil engineering or construction engineering and must demonstrate financial need. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application. Special consideration may go to those living in Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant counties. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Instructions
Applications are available online. An application form, financial information survey, a copy of the applicant's FAFSA form, an official transcript, personal statement and one to three recommendation letters are required.
