John R. Lillard VAOC Scholarship
Eligibility
Applicants must be Virginia high school seniors who have an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher. They must be accepted into or enrolled in an aviation-related program at an accredited postsecondary institution and must have plans to pursue a career in aviation. Selection is based on academic merit, personal essay, leadership skills and financial need.

Instructions
Applications are available online. An application form, personal essay, official transcript, verification of college acceptance or enrollment, list of extracurricular activities and up to three recommendation letters are required.
