Applicants must be a Bixby High School student for at least two years. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, have financial need, plan to attend a community college, vocational school or trade school and plan to enroll as a full-time student. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form. Students with an interest in pursuing politics will be given special consideration.
