Applicants must be from Oregon or southwest Washington. Students must be graduating high school seniors from approved schools in the Kaiser Permanente Northwest service area, which spans from north of Longview, Washington to Eugene, Oregon. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA. Students must plan to enroll full-time at a college or university for the upcoming fall semester.
