Applicants must be a Bixby High School student for grades 9 through 12 and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Students must also be a U.S. citizen, have financial need, plan to attend an accredited college or university and plan to enroll as a full-time college student. Applicants must supply a detailed description of high school activities and honors and community services, two letters of recommendation, an official transcript, a cover letter and an application form.
