Applicants must be Vermont residents, U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens and graduating high school seniors. They must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need and plan to pursue higher education in construction or engineering at an institution that has been approved for federal Title IV funding. Selection is based on personal essays, academic merit, recommendation letter and financial need.
