This scholarship helps Oregon students who are planning to pursue higher education in Oregon. Criteria: * Oregon public high school senior * Minimum 3.5 GPA * Active in extracurricular activities * Plan to attend an Oregon institution of higher learning * Must demonstrate financial need or plan to major in education or engineering * Plan to enter college in the fall after graduation * Must have a formal endorsement from a COSA member.
