Applicants must have lost a parent to breast cancer or complications of the disease or have a parent who has survived breast cancer. They must be high school seniors who have been accepted as a full-time student at an accredited college or university and who have a 2.5 minimum GPA. Applicants must live within a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
