Applicants must be permanent legal residents of Massachusetts and have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) between $0 and $5,198. Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students in a certificate, associate or bachelor's degree program and not have received a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
