Applicants must be New Hampshire residents who are enrolling in graduate level studies, including mater's, Ph.D., or another advanced degree program. Selection is based on financial need, academic merit, community service, school activities and work experience. Students must file a FAFSA and submit a copy of the SAR with the application.
