This scholarship helps female students age 30 and older. Criteria: * Pursuing retraining or continuing education * U.S. citizen * Washington state resident for at least two years * Accepted into a program at an accredited Washington State institution of higher learning or enrolled in an accredited online program from a Washington State school * Demonstrate scholastic ability and financial need.
