Applicants must be graduates of a Berkeley County high school or have a GED and plan to continue their education at James Rumsey Technical Institute. Students should be seeking certification or an associates degree in electrical or electromechanical technology, heating/ventilation/air conditioning and refrigeration, or culinary arts. Selection is based on financial need. Scholarship may be renewable for one additional year.
