Criteria: * Female * Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a transportation-related degree program * Attend a school in Minnesota, or be a recent resident of Minnesota who is attending a school in Iowa, North Dakota or South Dakota * Plans to work in transportation after graduation * Minimum 3.0 GPA.
