Applicants must be a resident of Minnesota, a high school senior, participate on a youth Junior Gold team or a girl's 19 & Under team of an affiliate association of Minnesota Hockey and have a minimum GPA of 2.0. Selection is based on academic achievement, personal essay and the letters of recommendation.
